These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Gembet368 website, mobile platform, applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Gembet368 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you ("the User", "Player", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies incorporated herein by reference, such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the Gembet368 website at gembet368.cam, its mobile-optimised interface, and any associated applications or services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account or accesses the Platform.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game, sporting event, or other betting market available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, referal reward, or other incentive offered by Gembet368 to Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary by Gembet368.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or Company policy.

To register and maintain an Account on the Gembet368 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement and will be verified through our KYC process. Any account belonging to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any deposits refunded in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to confirm this before registering.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Platform as an agent, employee, affiliate, or representative of Gembet368, or as an employee of any company in the gaming supply chain where participation in gambling products supplied by Gembet368 may constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary ban currently in force, whether placed through Gembet368 or any affiliated responsible gambling programme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Each Player is permitted to holdone Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all such accounts being closed and any funds being forfeited.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. You must notify Gembet368 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

Gembet368 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, driver's licence, and proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

By using the Gembet368 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree to the following:

5.1 Personal Use

Your Account is for your personal use only. You may not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, accept wagers from others, or use the Platform for any commercial purpose.

5.2 Accurate Transactions

All wagers, deposits, and withdrawals must be conducted in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) unless otherwise specified. You must ensure that sufficient funds are available in your Account before placing any wager.

5.3 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and selected cryptocurrency networks including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether USDT (TRC20). Payment method availability may change without prior notice.

5.4 Game Rules

Each game available on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before participating. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

6.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers. For FPX bank transfers via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, or Public Bank, the minimum deposit is RM 50. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent toRM 30 in fiat value. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within the processing timeframes listed on the payment methods page.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified Account. Gembet368 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Prior to processing any withdrawal, KYC verification must be completed in full. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to verification and security checks.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Gembet368 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. All transactions are subject to monitoring. Gembet368 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts. Any suspicious transaction may be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

6.4 Chargebacks

Any attempt to reverse, dispute, or chargeback a deposit — whether through your payment provider, bank, or e-wallet — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Gembet368 will immediately suspend the relevant Account and pursue recovery of any reversed funds, including any associated administrative costs.

Gembet368 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, household, device, and IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for individual promotions are communicated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated for each promotion. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed on the promotions page.
• Gembet368 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to commitments already made to eligible Players.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting, hedging strategies, or other abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Gembet368 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referal to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false identity information or documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that is intended to disguise the origin of funds.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system glitch on the Platform for financial gain. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than lawful personal recreational gambling.
• Reproducing, modifying, distributing, or exploiting any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Gembet368.

All content on the Gembet368 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Gembet368", logos, design elements, software, text, graphics, game content, and any other proprietary materials — is the exclusive property of Gembet368 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from Gembet368.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gembet368 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Loss of profits, loss of data, or financial losses arising from reliance on the Platform or its content.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any services offered thereon.
• Any technical failures, delays, or errors caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor outages, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Gembet368.
• Any gambling losses sustained through the normal operation of games available on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Gembet368 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time. Once limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time alerts to remind them of the duration of their current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, no marketing communications will be sent and no new deposits will be accepted.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications may be configured to remind Players of their net wagering position at regular intervals.

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting Gembet368 customer support. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and outstanding wagering requirements (if applicable) must be addressed. Refunds of genuine deposit funds will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by Gembet368

Gembet368 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to withold or forfeit any associated funds, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of fraudulent, false, or unverifiable identity or financial information;
• Any suspected or confirmed involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity;
• Violation of the single-account policy;
• Any conduct that Gembet368 determines, in its sole discretion, to be abusive, harmful, or detrimental to the integrity of the Platform.

Gembet368 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, reasonable notice will be provided to Players via a notification on the Platform or by email to the address registered on their Account. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Last Updated" field at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Gembet368 is incorporated and licensed as an international gaming operator. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall limit Gembet368's right to seek injunctive relief or enforce a judgment in any jurisdiction where a Player's assets may be located. Malaysian users acknowledge that Malaysian courts may have limited ability to enforce judgments in respect of offshore gaming operators.
